Lawn Technician
Join the dedicated team at Turf Tenders, a locally owned and family-operated company in Oak Park, MI. We are seeking skilled Lawn Technicians to uphold our commitment to providing exceptional lawn care services to our community. As a Lawn Technician, you will manage a route of approximately 500 customers, servicing and evaluating their lawns every 4-6 weeks. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for potential lawn problems. We offer competitive pay based on experience and a sign-on bonus of $1200, paid out in increments over the first 120 days.
Responsibilities
- Manage a route of approximately 500 lawn care customers, ensuring their lawns are serviced and evaluated every 4-6 weeks.
- Identify potential lawn problems and communicate these effectively to customers.
- Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment, ensuring they are kept in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lawn Technician.
- Licensed in 3A.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including lifting or carrying up to 50lbs, and the ability to walk, stand, and bend for moderate periods of time.
Compensation
Starting pay for this job will depend on the applicant's experience. In addition, our technicians receive weekly, monthly, and yearly bonuses. A sign-on bonus of $1200 is offered, which is paid out equally at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days.
