Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop new sales leads through inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
• Prepare and present product quotes, proposals, and technical information to prospective and existing customers.
• Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer communications, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide product application expertise and technical support to customers as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Capacity to quickly learn and effectively communicate complex product features and technical specifications.
• Proficient use of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse customer profiles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with common CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP (e.g., SAP) systems
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain operations
• Ability to interpret technical product specifications or drawings
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role within a manufacturing company
