LPN Care Manager
AdvisaCare is seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse to be a Care Manager at one of our beautiful Independent Living Communities in Hazel Park !
Full time Salaried position!
Duties Include
- Hiring/Training/Supervising Your Staff - Team Lead, Med Techs, Home Health Aides
- Building Relationships with Staff, Residents, Families and Community Directors
- Assessments of new residents or those being discharged back from a hospital/rehab center
- On-Call
- Oversight for all shifts
- Working the floor as support
- Weekly Payroll and Scheduling

Requirements
- Current Michigan Nursing License
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Current TB test & CPR Certification
- Clear Criminal History & Drug Screen
- Leadership/management experience preferred
