Locations: Southfield, MI; Princeton, NJ; Santa Clara, CA; Dardenne Prairie, MO; Austin, TX - Any location is fine

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week in-office)

We are seeking two experienced and hands-on AI/GenAI Engineers to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. You will be a core part of the engineering team, responsible for building and shipping production-grade, domain-specific AI agents that tackle real-world challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement domain-specific AI agents in key areas like Planning, Architecture, Test, Security, Cloud, and Operations.
• Build and orchestrate complex multi-agent flows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and/or MCP.
• Optimize prompt engineering, manage context windows effectively, and refine chain-of-thought reasoning for reliability and performance.
• Productionize AI agents by implementing robust evaluation metrics, safety guardrails, and continuous feedback loops.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade AI agents, not just prototypes.
• LLM Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Haystack.
• Cloud AI Services: Practical experience with hyper-scaler AI platforms such as SageMaker, Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, Vertex AI, AI Foundry, or Azure OpenAI.
• Python Development: Strong development background in Python, including experience with libraries like Pydantic and FastAPI.
• AI Fundamentals: Deep understanding of RAG pipelines, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Databases: Experience working with Vector Databases and RDBMS.
• Model Expertise: Knowledge of model evaluation techniques, safety tuning, and fine-tuning methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing prompt security measures, such as injection prevention and data leakage controls.
• In-depth knowledge of model fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
