Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of production machinery.
• Conduct detailed troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
• Install, commission, and modify new and existing manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for equipment repair and installation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial control systems.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
• Adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• HVAC/Refrigeration experience or certification
