We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and grow with us. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations to keep everything running smoothly.

• Lead by example—train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.

• Oversee inventory management and ensure proper food handling practices are always followed.

• Manage cash flow and POS systems (Shift 4 experience a plus).

• Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs quickly and professionally.

• Work with the management team to roll out new policies, procedures, or improvements.

• Take part in the hiring process, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service management, with a focus on great guest service.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and food safety standards.

• Excellent leadership abilities with experience training and managing teams.

• Background in bartending and/or serving is highly valued.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a hospitality-first mindset.

• Experience in a sports bar or scratch kitchen environment is a strong plus.

• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
