Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Manage, train, and schedule production staff, fostering a productive work environment.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) or similar production management software.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
