What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
• Inspect machinery and identify issues after they become major problems
• Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Assist with electrical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and unexpected downtime situations
• Work alongside production and leadership teams on continuous improvement projects
• Maintain maintenance records through our CMMS system
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance, manufacturing, industrial, or facilities experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
• PLC experience is a major plus
• Someone dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours or stay late during emergency situations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in an active manufacturing environment
