What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair outboard, inboard, and sterndrive engines (gas & diesel).
• Perform maintenance, commissioning, and winterization.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical (12V), plumbing, steering, fuel, and control systems.
• Rig and install accessories, pumps, electronics, and components.
• Use diagnostic software and service manuals.
• Provide accurate notes on work performed and parts needed.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, in the shop and occasionally in the field.
• Deliver repairs that meet high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Marine, automotive, diesel, or mechanical experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Comfortable working around water, heights, and tight spaces.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Own basic professional tools (specialty tools/diagnostics may be provided).
• OEM or ABYC certifications are a plus – willingness to pursue training is highly valued.
