Since opening the agency in 2015, we've grown into a team of eight professionals focused on helping customers protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships in our community. Prior to becoming an agent, I spent 10 years in automotive finance, where I developed a passion for helping people make important financial decisions and achieve their goals. Having lived in this area my entire life, I'm proud to serve the community that helped shape who I am. Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time with my dog, Winston, and staying involved in local events and community initiatives. Giving back and supporting the people around us is something that's important to both me and our agency. Our office culture is one of collaboration, support, and growth. We work hard, but we keep things laid back and enjoyable. I believe in being available for my team, providing guidance when needed, and creating an environment where people can succeed without being micromanaged. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
