Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative staff.
• Oversees employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
• Develops and implements HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Administers compensation and benefits programs, including hourly wage structures and shift differentials.
• Leads talent development initiatives, performance management cycles, and mandatory safety training programs.
• Partners with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals and production targets.
• Ensures a safe working environment by collaborating on safety initiatives and incident investigations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven HR management experience (5+ years) specifically within a manufacturing environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including OSHA, FLSA, and FMLA.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation/benefits administration.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with operational goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective conflict resolution and fostering a positive work culture.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Previous experience in an operational or production role.
