Receptionist – National Law Firm
Location: Southfield, MI

We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join a prestigious national law firm with over 20 offices across the United States . This Southfield-based position requires a polished professional with top-tier receptionist skills and a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff—delivering a professional and welcoming experience.

• Manage a multi-line phone system, schedule conference rooms, and handle guest coordination.

• Act as the liaison for all conference room setups , ensuring seamless use of technologies such as video conferencing, presentation equipment, and related tools.

• Support general administrative needs while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of receptionist or front desk experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.

• Strong technical skills with comfort in conference room technologies (Zoom, Teams, AV systems, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with clients and executives with poise.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $41,000 – $50,000 , commensurate with experience.
