About Us

We are a fast-growing marketing and web development company in West Michigan working with a wide range of local and regional businesses. We build websites and digital campaigns that generate real results, and we’re looking for a highly experienced WordPress developer to join our team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a true WordPress ninja with at least 5 years of real-world experience who can build, troubleshoot, optimize, and manage WordPress websites at a high level.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of professional WordPress development experience
* Expert-level understanding of:
* WordPress
* PHP
* HTML/CSS
* JavaScript/jQuery
* MySQL
* Strong experience with:
* Elementor
* WooCommerce
* Custom themes
* Plugin customization
* Website speed optimization
* SEO implementation
* Responsive/mobile design
* Ability to troubleshoot hosting, DNS, SSL, plugin conflicts, and performance issues
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

* Build and maintain WordPress websites
* Optimize website performance and speed
* Create landing pages and conversion-focused layouts
* Troubleshoot technical website issues
* Work closely with marketing and design teams
* Manage updates, backups, and website maintenance
* Help improve SEO and user experience across client websites
