Production Supervisor Material Handling
Role summary / purpose
Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure smooth operations and delivery of key objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all operations including inbound, outbound, and claims processing
- Cover crews in supervisor's absence
- Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings
- Prepare and maintain work-related records as needed
- Schedule workforce including overtime and vacation
- Champion and lead continuous improvement initiatives toward best-in-class performance
Requirements - education & experience
- 1 year of previous supervision experience
