How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their unique needs. You’ll lead renewal processes, working closely with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. By building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, you’ll secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.

About You

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.


Preferred:

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
