Salary Range: $119,000 - $168,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to optimize manufacturing capabilities and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, resources, and technology roadmap.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance within engineering operations.
• Define and implement engineering strategies that align with overall business objectives and production goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) and 7+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality management systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO).
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from design to implementation.
• Experience with budget management, resource planning, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML, advanced robotics) in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency with enterprise-level PLM or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Teamcenter)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
