Light Assembly
Assembler – Plastics Manufacturing
Location: Rockford, MI
Schedule: Full-time 3rd shift 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday
Pay: $16-17/hr

Job Summary: We’re seeking a dependable Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you’ll assemble, inspect, and package plastic parts and components according to quality and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, works well with their hands, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble plastic parts and components according to work instructions and blueprints.
Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Trim, finish, and package products as required.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet daily production goals while following safety and quality guidelines.
Report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to a supervisor.
Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required—training provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable attendance and positive attitude. Must be able to lift up to 25-50lbs
