- Provides outstanding services to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors.
- Follows company policies, signature program guidelines and expectations when leading activities.
- Helps supervisor to ensure a full activity program is offered seven days a week.
- Drives the bus.
- Schedules and coordinates with third party vendors to ensure all third party led programs are executed as scheduled.
- Conducts/leads majority of programs.
- Is flexible in work schedule to accommodate special events and evening/weekend programs.
- Trains, supports, and instructs volunteers to assist with activities as needed.
- Plans, coordinates, and helps implement decorations for special events, seasons, and holidays.
- Coordinates family functions and events and assists supervisor in promoting the resident, family, and friend referral program
- Plans and attends weekly excursions.
- Identifies to supervisor needed supplies for planned activities.
- Assists with transportation for activity outings and regularly scheduled group trips.
- Drives the company vehicle for resident activities and appointments when needed, if certified and approved to do so.
- Works collaboratively with Supervisor to create a positive, hospitality-oriented atmosphere for all residents.
- Carries out other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure smooth operation of the program and to meet resident needs
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a variety of personalities.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
- Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
