A family-owned company in Holland is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their small team. This company has been in business for over 10 years and is looking for someone who can help take them to their next stage of growth! The ideal candidate will be someone who can not only lead a team but someone who can roll up their sleeves and contribute where needed. Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Pay: BOE

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a production team
• Champion lean manufacturing, implement, KPI's, and lead process improvements using tools like 5S, Kaizen, and SOPs
• Oversee production scheduling, inventory management, and delivery of finished goods on time
• Respond quickly to production stoppages and ensure seamless operations
• Uphold companies' quality standards from raw materials to finished product
• Continuously look for ways to improve things for the team, product, and processes

What We're Looking For :

• A bachelors degree in operations, manufacturing, process engineering, or a related field, OR 5+ years of relevant experience
• Leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire and manage a team
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and process improvement
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness and eagerness to be a team player by helping where needed
