We are currently seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist. As a Radiation Therapist specializing in Oncology, you will play a crucial role in delivering radiation treatment to cancer patients. Your work will directly impact the well-being and recovery of individuals battling cancer. This position involves working on a variety of oncology projects, utilizing advanced technology and techniques to provide effective treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by the oncologist.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment.
• Monitor and assess patient reactions to treatment and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning during treatment sessions.
• Document patient treatment information and maintain accurate records.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment procedures.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure treatment accuracy.

Requirements:

**Qualifications**

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

- ARRT (T) certification is mandate d.

- A minimum of 1 year of travel experience is required, or work experience post-graduation with Varian and ARIA is mandatory.

 - Experience with TrueBeam, ARIA, and Trilogy is preferred.

**Certification Requirements**

- ARRT - BLS (American Heart Association)
