Pay $23/hour. 2nd shift 3:30 pm to 1:00 am

Qualifications & Skills

• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Works, Excel, Google Drive, PowerPoint, Droptask
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude under pressure
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

• Establish and oversee operational procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Supervise warehouse leads and material handlers to achieve plant goals
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure coordination with production, quality, distribution, and purchasing
• Organize and allocate workforce based on productivity needs
• Manage requisition, replacement, and capital expenditures for equipment and supplies
• Train employees on SOPs, safety, quality control procedures, and company policies
• Maintain discipline, morale, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Enforce PPE use and ensure compliance with 5S, ISO/IATF, OSHA, and safety rules
• Monitor timekeeping in Plex, verifying attendance and shift records
• Be present on the production floor at least 85% of the shift—coaching, training, and monitoring employee performance
• Participate in semi-annual work reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to safely perform essential job functions
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
