Job Description

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators for multiple openings on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves setting up and operating robotic welding machines. Operators will insert parts into the machine, remove them after processing, and perform visual inspections. The position requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic welding machines.
• Insert parts into machines and remove them after processing.
• Perform visual inspections on parts as they come out of the machine.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• 6 months of machine operating experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with robotic welding is advantageous.

Work Environment

This role is based in a metal facility equipped with 40 robotic weld cells for both robotic and manual welding operations. The environment is dynamic and technology-driven, requiring attention to safety and precision.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Byron Center, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr.
