We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Mortgage Processor to join our on-site team! This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of wholesale mortgage processing experience who is ready to take ownership of their pipeline and work closely with a team of loan officers and wholesale lenders.

As a Mortgage Processor, you will manage loan files from initial submission through final approval, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with lender guidelines. You’ll serve as a key point of contact between borrowers, lenders, and vendors, helping move loans efficiently through the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process a pipeline of wholesale mortgage loans from initial submission to CTC
• Gather and review all required documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate with borrowers to request outstanding conditions and provide timely updates
• Coordinate with third-party vendors including title companies, insurance agents, and appraisal companies
• Submit and manage conditions through wholesale lender portals
• Ensure all loans comply with investor and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain detailed file notes and documentation in the loan origination system
• Collaborate daily with loan officers, underwriters, and processors to ensure quick turn times and smooth closings

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of mortgage processing experience (wholesale experience required)
• Strong understanding of wholesale loan guidelines and documentation requirements
• Familiarity with major wholesale lenders such as:
• United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM)
• Equity Prime Mortgage
• Plaza Home Mortgage
• And other wholesale lenders
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in mortgage LOS systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Arive loan origination software
• Knowledge of different lender portals and submission processes
