Part-Time | Non – Certified Nurse Aide

Schedule:

Positions include every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts:

1. 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. | 48 hours per two-week pay period
2. 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. I 15 hours per two-week pay period

The Difference You’ll Make

1. Provide hands-on care to residents in accordance with approved care plans
2. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal care, and comfort measures
3. Monitor and record vital signs and other required documentation accurately and timely
4. Follow infection control standards and safety protocols at all times
5. Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
6. Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure quality, person-centered care
7. Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios

Qualifications:

Experience Preferred:

1. Previous caregiving experience in senior living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting

Requirements:

1. Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations
2. Ability to pass required post-offer screenings, including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
2. Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
3. Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
4. Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
5. Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
6. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
