• Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
• Update client information and assist with payments.
• Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.

• Bilingual- English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese dialect) is a big plus.
• Insurance experience is a plus!
• Detail oriented with the ability to work fast, prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who is receptive to coaching and training.
• Strong computer and technical proficiency.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
