Pest Control Technician
Parshall is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our growing Pest Division. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This role focuses primarily on commercial pest control accounts, including restaurants, office buildings, and industrial spaces. You’ll also service residential properties as needed. Our clients count on us to deliver consistent, high-quality service with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect properties, diagnose pest issues, and deliver tailored treatment plans
Apply pesticides and treatments in accordance with regulatory standards
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients about services and expectations
Maintain service records, equipment, and treatment logs
Navigate daily routes using a company vehicle and mobile app
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the field
Qualifications:
Previous pest control experience is requested
Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing a daily route
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Certified Pesticide Applicators license preferred, or willingness to obtain
Ability to lift 40+ pounds and work in varied outdoor conditions
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay, ranging from $23 to $30 per hour, based on experience
