Position: Home Improvement Sales Manager – Roofing Division
Step into a leadership role where you’ll build and scale a top-producing roofing sales team . We’re looking for a proven leader who can train, motivate, and consistently drive sales performance in a fast-growing home improvement company.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview and hire motivated in-home sales representatives
- Train and coach team members on presentations, closing techniques, and handling objections
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics
- Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing field coaching
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior services preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team
- Proven record of strong sales performance
- Strong coaching and team development skills
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus team performance overrides
- Additional performance-based bonuses
