Job Description: This role is responsible for the planning and execution of projects/programs delivering solutions for client North America Discover/Shop websites.

Key Responsibilities: Assist NA Vehicle eCommerce Engineering Group Manager with team coordination, process improvements, presentation development, documentation, migrations, and any other support needs

• Program Manager across the Discover Shop IT ecosystem. Facilitate software development by monitoring an efficient, streamlined deployment process ensuring as much consistency as possible across applications, while allowing for application-specific needs. Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements

• Report on Weekly Engineering Status, Weekly Platform Engineering and Collaboration Team Status, Bi-Weekly Deployments, Weekly Code and Content updates

• Cross Infrastructure Scheduling (CIS) Program Manager. Lead the Cross Infrastructure Scheduling (CIS) process to ensure releases are properly planned and coordinated across the platform. This includes hosting the weekly CIS meeting and maintaining weekly agenda with all major and minor updates to the websites

Skills Required: Development Methodology and Procedures, Product Management, Vendor Relationships, IT Management Methodology, Project Management, Jira

Skills Preferred: Process Development, Microsoft Sharepoint, Performance Tuning, Development Online Documentation, Scrum (Software Development)

Experience Required: 6 years in IT; 3 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Project Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree
