Position Overview

We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing litigation matters, motion practice, discovery, and court appearances while advocating on behalf of injured clients.

Attorneys will have the opportunity to handle cases from litigation through trial with the support of experienced staff and resources.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases through the litigation process
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and attend hearings
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and staff

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Michigan Bar license and in good standing
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases efficiently

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
