Program Manager
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with site-based clinical and administrative leaders; remain informed of local practice activities, needs, and challenges.
- Manage physician coverage requests and coordinate clinical practice coverage across community sites to ensure continuity of care and operational stability.
- Support and lead change management initiatives, including communication planning, staff engagement, training, and adoption of new workflows, systems, and processes.
- Identify operational risks, barriers, and improvement opportunities; develop and implement mitigation and performance improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure programs align with evidence-based care standards and operational best practices.
- Partner with joint venture practices in the management of program budgets; monitor expenditures and promote cost-effective use of resources.
- Work closely with the Academic Medical Center (AMC) Finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments for clinical services provided.
- Establish, monitor, and report on program metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, efficiency, patient experience, and compliance.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across physicians, administrators, operational teams, and external partners regarding practice initiatives and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including clinical operations, IT, finance, physics, revenue cycle (for joint venture sites), compliance, and administrative teams to support practice initiatives.
- 3+ years of Radiation Oncology clinical operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders and departments in complex healthcare environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budget monitoring and financial coordination in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, quality improvement, and change management methodologies.
- Experience working with joint venture or partner organizations.
