Position Summary

As an Outside Sales Associate, you'll work directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. This entry-level sales position offers hands-on experience in door-to-door marketing with exceptional earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods through direct door-to-door outreach
• Introduce homeowners to WeatherGard's energy-efficient home improvement solutions
• Qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations for sales representatives
• Maintain accurate records of daily canvassing activities and customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet territory goals

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience
• Comfortable working outdoors, independently as well as with a crew
• Reliable transportation (company vehicle provided for canvassing routes)
• Must pass background check
• Previous canvassing or sales experience preferred but not required
