Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, specifically including shop floor PCs and manufacturing-specific applications.
• Respond promptly to production-critical incidents to minimize operational downtime and ensure manufacturing continuity.
• Log, prioritize, and escalate support tickets using an IT service management system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and installations of IT equipment across office and production environments.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control for various systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to industrial printers, barcode scanners, and other peripheral devices used in manufacturing.
• Create and maintain documentation for common issues, resolutions, and system configurations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a patient and user-friendly approach.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with IT systems and applications common in a manufacturing environment (e.g., ERP, production floor devices).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, often in a fast-paced setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA systems).
• Experience troubleshooting industrial hardware (e.g., barcode scanners, label printers, ruggedized devices).
• Basic understanding of industrial networking or operational technology (OT) environments.
• Experience providing IT support in a 24/7 production or shop floor setting.
