Contracts Lease Administrator - Grand Rapids MI

Applied Innovation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Lease Administrator to join our corporate team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this critical role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all lease-related processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth communication between our internal teams, customers, and leasing partners. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate lease records, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the sales, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meter uploads to our various leasing companies and working through the errors
• Audit information to match the lease companies (serial #s, ID #s, make, model, etc.)
• Work with all sales teams on lease addendums and creating the paperwork to submit to the leasing companies
• Work with Accounts Receivable on any funding issues/3 rd party leasing issues
• Work with Sales Operations on buyouts where maintenance is removed
• Working with Sales Operations and Sales to verify existing contract rates
• Set up all donation & trade contracts
• Machine move address updates with the leasing company
• Tracking customers that are behind on their lease payments
• Address any lease invoice questions
• Monitoring all $1 out leases close to termination date
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
