Your mission

Serve onsite in Bridgman, MI on a focused assignment starting mid-September through approximately mid-October. You’ll report to the Utility Supervisor, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a safe, healthy environment. Overtime is part of the schedule.

How you’ll contribute

1. Maintain floors, ramps, walkways, and adjacent rooms by removing dust and debris with standard cleaning methods.
2. Collect trash and replace liners to keep areas orderly.
3. Deep-clean and sanitize restrooms—sinks, toilets, and surrounding surfaces.
4. Disinfect high-touch zones and replenish disinfectant dispensers.
5. Choose proper products and techniques to promote a healthy facility.
6. Label and handle chemicals correctly; use wet floor signs; communicate hazards promptly.
7. Uphold site rules, company procedures, and safety standards consistently.

What you’ll need

• High School Diploma or educational equivalent; you should be proficient in High School / GED.
• Must be age 18 or older.
• Reside locally to Bridgman, MI.
• Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing.

Compensation and benefits

We value transparency and equity. The estimated base salary range for this role is $16/hour to $17/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills. Eligible employees may also access:
