Supply Chain Planning Manager
The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end supply planning processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products in alignment with customer demand and business objectives. This role involves strategic oversight of production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal service levels, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Description
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement and inventory management.
- Analyze demand forecasts to ensure proper stock levels and minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and streamline workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all procurement processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and manage a team to achieve departmental goals and professional development.

Profile
A successful Supply Planning Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or related roles within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of integrated planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, o9).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
