Inbound/Outbound Inventory Flow Specialist

Location: Saint Joseph, MI

Reporting to: Production Supervisor or Designee

What you’ll do (primary responsibilities)

• Pick up finished goods from assembly, complete system transactions, and stage/ship accurately.
• Receive inbound materials and store them in inventory with correct documentation.
• Enter all material movements into Epicor to keep counts precise and current.
• Operate reach and counterbalance forklifts and other material handling equipment (gas/electric).
• Load and unload semi-trailers safely and efficiently.
• Support additional related duties and projects as assigned.

Experience & education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months experience operating material handling equipment; 1–3 months related work experience.

Skills & tools

• Forklift experience (reach and counterbalance) or ability to be trained.
• Knowledge of warehouse product flow and basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches, etc.).
• RF scanner and tablet proficiency (or willingness to learn).
• ERP familiarity— Epicor experience is a plus.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and solid math fundamentals.

Physical demands

• Walk long distances repeatedly during the shift; stand/walk 8+ hours.
• Climb step stools/small ladders.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent bending/stooping.
