Job Description

We are seeking a skilled C-Shift Maintenance Technician with strong electrical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical systems ranging from 24V DC control systems to 480V AC. You will be responsible for troubleshooting low-voltage circuits, including contactors, relays, sensors, and control components, and reading and interpreting electrical schematics. Experience with newer machinery, particularly equipment less than six years old, is essential for supporting installations, setups, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems ranging from 24V DC to 480V AC.
• Diagnose and repair low-voltage circuits, including contactors, relays, sensors, and control components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control prints.
• Support installations, setups, and repairs on equipment less than six years old.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and system support, particularly with Siemens PLCs.

Essential Skills

• Strong electrical experience with hands-on experience in AC/DC systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting 24V control circuits, including sensors, switches, relays, and contactors.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with equipment six years old or newer.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose electrical faults quickly and safely.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Siemens PLCs for basic troubleshooting.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large, spacious plant with an expansion that adds approximately 300,000 square feet of new production space. This facility is designed to support advanced automotive manufacturing and accommodate major new contracts. Employees will work with high-end, new machines in a state-of-the-art facility.

This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MI.

The pay range for this position is $61360.00 - $72800.00/yr.
