As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Carla Mccormick - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Assist customers with Insurance policy renewals and underwriting compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.
- Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain .
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- State Farm Experience - 1-2 years servicing experience preferred
