ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Carla Mccormick - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Assist customers with Insurance policy renewals and underwriting compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.
• Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain .
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• State Farm Experience - 1-2 years servicing experience preferred
