As an Insurance Consultant Account Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts , ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions

• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, handling policy reviews and renewals

• Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building

• Meet and exceed performance goals , contributing to agency growth and success

• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and policy management

• Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance regulations

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ years of experience in insurance, account management, or sales (preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Confidence in client interactions and solution-based selling

• A proactive and coachable attitude with a drive to succeed

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual abilities (a plus)
