Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Insurance Consultant Account Manager, you will:
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts , ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, handling policy reviews and renewals
Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
Meet and exceed performance goals , contributing to agency growth and success
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and policy management
Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years of experience in insurance, account management, or sales (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Confidence in client interactions and solution-based selling
A proactive and coachable attitude with a drive to succeed
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities (a plus)

Compensation Range: $55K - $85K
