SEC Reporting Manager
A Kforce client located in the Grand Rapids, (MI) area has a need to hire a highly skilled SEC Reporting Manager with strong technical accounting expertise and public company experience. Ideal candidates will have a blend of both public and industry backgrounds. This role will also support Investor Relations and play a key part in global close and forecasting processes. Responsibilities:
- Prepare 10-Q/K schedules and analytical reviews for auditors
- Support internal, tax, bank, and external audits
- Assist with Investor Relations activities
- Balance sheet reconciliations, standard entries, and intercompany balancing
- Prepare quarter-end analysis files for Controllers
- Manage international close with US GAAP adjustments
- Roll forward balance sheet forecasts
- Update assumptions based on trends
- Load trial balances, complete cash flow forms, and post eliminations
- Distribute reports for DocuSign signature
- Ensure all controls are completed
- 3+ years of experience
- Public company experience (industry + public accounting preferred)
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
