Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to resolve malfunctions.
• Execute corrective repairs and emergency maintenance on production lines to minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for repairs and installations.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment history.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with PLC diagnostics and basic programming.
• Ability to adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• HVAC systems maintenance experience
