What We Offer

Salary range: $14-$15/hour

Paid holidays after 6 months

School is closed between Christmas Day and New Years Day

PLUS 7 paid time off (PTO) days per year after one year

Your health and safety is our priority! We have protocols more stringent than state requirements to ensure the safety of all our faculty and students.

Our early childhood assistant teachers are responsible for helping to coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes. To assist teachers to plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment and work directly with lead teachers, children, and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Meets background check eligibility

CPR/First Aid Certified

Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety, and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles

Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members

Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures

Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in teams
