Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver speech-language pathology services to students ranging in age from birth to 26 years within a K-12 educational setting in Midland, MI. This contract position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules across multiple school locations throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for a caseload of approximately 35 to 60 students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques tailored to each student's developmental level and needs.
• Coordinate with paraprofessionals, including Para, RBT, CNA, or LPN staff who may provide supervision support.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Michigan state licensure for SLP.
• Experience working with a diverse birth-26 age group caseload preferred.
• Capacity to manage between 35 to 60 students effectively.
• Flexibility to work across multiple school sites.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills essential.
