**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical administrative support and be proficient in handling various phone systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department

- Schedule appointments and update patient records accurately

- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments

- Assist with medical administrative tasks as needed

**Experience:**

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role

- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar electronic medical records systems

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Experience working in a dental office or urgent care setting is a plus

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations such as emergency room (ER) environments
