We are seeking a detail-oriented Powder Coat Line Operator for a manufacturing company in Litchfield. In this hands-on role, you will load, prep, paint, and inspect parts to ensure high-quality finishes.

Powder Coat Line Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 01:30pm to 10:00pm )
- 2nd shift 1:30pm-10:00pm (Overtime 10hrs – 12:00am)
- Load and unload metal parts from the paint line.
- Wash, clean, and prepare parts.
- Apply paint and assist with powder coating operations.
- Inspect cooled parts to ensure they are fully covered.
Powder Coat Line Operator Qualifications:
- Steel toes are required.
- Able to work weekends and overtime if scheduled.
- Comfortable lifting 50lbs unassisted.
- No education requirements needed.
- Previous powder coat paint experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
