| AI Scheduler - Test Lead

Job Summary:

Sr Developer with a strong background in software engineering, a deep understanding of AI principles, and hands-on experience with the tools and frameworks necessary to create intelligent, self-directed agents

Essential Job Functions:

Works closely with Tech Owner/ Architect/external teams to come up with architecture and tech stack

Evaluate multiple approaches and document the findings and pro and cons of each approach

contribute to the design discussion and research on new tech stack

Responsible to document the integration requirements and best practices

work with operations to set up the infrastructure based on best practices

Build and deploy custom MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Responsible for BOT development and integrations with other teams

Attention to details and documents the key decisions made

Able to mentor or guide junior developers and do code reviews

Ability to handle fast paced projects and willing to look into production issues fast paced projects and willing to look into production issues

Document and maintain project artifacts.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Extensive experience with Python , Java and AI/ML libraries is required

Experience with BoT development, Authorization frameworks like OAuth

Technical exposure to Gen AI, LLM and developer tools (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar)

Hands-on experience with cloud-native development on major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) is essential

Expertise in AgenticAI or similar AI agent frameworks for developing autonomous systems

Familiarity with cloud engineering infrastructure and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)

Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture

Experience with noSQL databases (cosmosdb, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Experience with web development - nodejs, react

Proficiency in using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to ground AI models with external data and prevent hallucinations

Experience setting up custom MCP server and adding Tools/Functions

Experience with AI-driven chatbots, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation

Experience with databricks / jupyter notebooks

Good to have experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) for AI application development
