This is a hands-on role where precision, speed, and teamwork are essential to producing premium cannabis products.

🌱 Position Overview

As a Cannabis Packager, you will play a critical role in preparing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products to meet Gramazon’s quality standards and production goals . Your attention to detail, consistency, and ability to work efficiently will help ensure every product is packaged safely, accurately, and on time.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Accurately package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates with speed and consistency.

• Label, seal, and organize finished products for inventory and shipment.

• Maintain accurate production logs and track workflow.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment daily to meet safety standards.

• Meet daily and weekly production quotas while maintaining high quality.

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-moving production environment .

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace .

💼 Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass a background check.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining production standards.

• Strong ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions .

• Previous cannabis or production experience is a plus but not required.
