Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the entire value stream to maximize customer value and minimize waste.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream.
• Monitor and analyze value stream performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Champion lean manufacturing principles and tools throughout the value stream.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of value stream objectives with overall business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of problem-solving.
• Manage resources and budget effectively to support value stream operations and improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and implementing VSM-driven improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with lean manufacturing simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, Arena)
• - Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
• - Proven ability to develop and implement advanced statistical process control (SPC) strategies
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in value stream optimization
• - Experience with change management methodologies and driving cultural transformation
