Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

School Year: 20252026 (Approx. August 19, 2025 June 12, 2026)

We are seeking full-time Special Education Teachers for multiple Resource Room openings in the Grand Blanc, MI area for the 20252026 school year. These roles provide the opportunity to support students in structured, self-contained settings and make a meaningful impact within the classroom.

Position Overview:

• Full-time (35 hours per week)

• Contract dates: Approximately August 19, 2025 June 12, 2026

• Caseload: Primarily self-contained classrooms, with a maximum of 22 students

• Caseloads may vary by assignment and include Early Learning (Pre-K and up) through K12

• Focus: Resource Room settings

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate

• Required: Learning Disabilities (LD) endorsement

• Preferred: Emotional Impairment (EI), Cognitive Impairment (CI), or Early Childhood (ZA) plus an additional area of Special Education

• Strong understanding of MARSE (Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education) and IDEA federal regulations
