Position Summary:
Entry-Level HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative assistance to the HR team
Assist with recruiting activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Help coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR files are up to date
Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll-related documentation
Support training initiatives by preparing materials and tracking participation
Participate in safety, engagement, and communication programs
Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation as needed
Greet and support employees with general HR inquiries in a professional and confidential manner
Collaborate with other departments and support a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
