Position Summary:

Entry-Level HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative assistance to the HR team

• Assist with recruiting activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates

• Help coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR files are up to date

• Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll-related documentation

• Support training initiatives by preparing materials and tracking participation

• Participate in safety, engagement, and communication programs

• Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation as needed

• Greet and support employees with general HR inquiries in a professional and confidential manner

• Collaborate with other departments and support a positive workplace culture

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
